2 Service Description

Eagle provides headless automation software designed specifically for BLS appointment booking. Our services include:

Analytics and performance monitoring
Account management tools

3 User Obligations

As a user of Eagle services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
Not use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Not share your account access with unauthorized parties

4 Subscription and Payment

Eagle operates on a subscription-based model with the following terms:

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Subscription plans include device limits as specified. Exceeding device limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

5 Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, Eagle does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates that temporarily affect service access.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Third-party service failures
Network connectivity issues
Changes to BLS systems or APIs
Force majeure events

6 Prohibited Uses

You may not use Eagle services to:

Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
Use automated systems to access the service excessively

7 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Eagle are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the software or content.

8 Data and Privacy

Your use of Eagle is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy to provide and improve our services.

You retain ownership of any data you input into our system. We use this data solely to provide services to you and as described in our Privacy Policy.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Eagle at any time for:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Fraudulent or illegal activities
Non-payment of fees
Extended periods of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11 Disclaimer of Warranties

Eagle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or results obtained through the service.

12 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
